For smaller parties of 40-60 guests we can offer hand chosen cuts of prime free range pork with a seasoning of your choice. As standard this is served with our special sage and onion stuffing, homemade braised red cabbage, homemade apple sauce on a freshly baked roll with extra crackling

Whole British free range lamb on a spit for parties of 40-100 guests fully seasoned with a flavour of your choice. As standard this is served with fresh rosemary and garlic, mint sauce, fresh Spanish sweet onions and either artisan flatbreads or a freshly baked rolls

Locally sourced and free range hog can feed between 80-200 people. This will be slow roasted with a seasoning of your choice. As standard this is served with our special sage and onion stuffing, homemade braised red cabbage, homemade apple sauce on a freshly baked roll with extra crackling
